| Hi guys, I am sure 1/2 of you don't remember me but I am K2's older sister. What a COOL website you have. I kinda wished class of 84 was more complete, but I can only imagine the continual work you put into this website - keep up the awesome work it is really worth it. Every so often I come on to see what K2's friends are up to!!!! BTW, K2 is no longer in the Bahamas but in Geneva, Switzerland!!! Still working for the same bank. As I said before keep up the great work. Take care to all. Helen (helencz@videotron.ca) |

| Mark, FYI some spammers have hit the guest book. I had an idea, should we get a MySpace page for the class? |

| Ai gente, voces tao de parabens!!! Sou a irmazinha do Katu e volta e meia entro no site pra ver fotos, etc... da Class '85. Funny to see people I "new" when I was a pirralha. I have to admit I am super jealous. My class, Class '89, has nothing of the sort. Actually, has nothing at all. I often wonder what is going on with my fellow classmates, but it sort of ends at that. So I am proud of those who have made the effort to keep in touch and keep everyone updated. Congratulation and don't stop. |

| I just got back today from a business trip to Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires. It was so wonderful to be back in Brasil. I had hoped to make it to Rio, but my plans fell through (all depended on business needs). But let me say this if you are ever in Sao Paulo make to eat at Vento Haragano's Churrascaria. My customer kept wanting to go back so we went 3 times last week. I don't know If I will ever eat again, I was so full. It was WONDERFUL. |

Hi All!
We’re organizing a reunion to be held in Rio at the end of the year. The reunion will take place on December 27, 28 and 29. Several people already have confirmed their presence. This is the current schedule of events:
1. Lunch at a churrascaria where you can meet all of your old friends and perhaps a few of your old teachers 2. Meet at the Beach event, perhaps at Posto 10.
3. Sight seeing tour in Rio (Corcovado, Pão de Açucar, Vista Chinesa, Santa Tereza, Lapa, etc...)
4. Dance party with DJ, open bar and dinner.
5. These events are open to other classes as well, specially the one’s we had a close relationship with ‘82, ‘83, ‘84, ‘86, ’87
Tickets to Brazil can be purchased via the following specialized travel agencies:
http://www.bacctravel.com Toll Free: 1 800 222-2746
http://www.chanteclairtravel.com 1 866 902 4268 or 1 866 627 2945
Or from my personal favorite http://www.expedia.com
If you are already planning to be in Rio at the end of the year you simply cannot miss this! IF you hadn’t thought about this, and missed the last opportunity to see your old school mates this is an opportunity of a lifetime! How many times will we celebrate our 20th anniversary?! This is it!
Flights to Rio at the end of the year fill up fast, and so do the hotels. Make your decision soon.
We are compiling a list of people who will be attending, we need a complete list in order to organize the events. Send me an email as soon as possible confirming your presence! Hope to see you in Rio!
Attached are also the last two Alumni Newsletters from the EARJ Alumni Association.
um abraço,

6/13/2005 10:45:08 AM Hi Guys! You have made a fantastic website of our class - the best I've ever seen from one single class! I updated my info, I think the site deserves the most attention possible. Therefore, I would also like to add a newer picture, o chose one of me and my daughter Ellen. I don't know if you remember me, I was only there for two years. I'm in Singapore now, and all of a sudden I meet Brazilian people. One of my son's friends in school is a Brazilian boy whose mom doesn't speak English yet. She calls me to ask questions on what is happening in school! It's great. I try to help. I stay in touch with Heidi Fedde. I am trying to convince her to come and visit me in Singapore. I also met Helene Andersson once in Sweden, just before she had her baby. And actually, once I met Pablo Kato at a party in Tokyo ! Small world. Keep up the great work! Best regards from Ika - Ulrika (Hangard) Forssell |

Homepage at: http://www.rio.rj.gov.br

!! Que fantastico este site sobre '85 do EA! My boyfriend just found the site and sent me an e-mail. I'm really surprised! Thank you Mark for this iniciative! Hi all of you. Well, of course a lot has happened in those 18 years. Most of the time I've lived in Holland. The last time I was in Brazil was in 1999, visiting our classmate Annie Nielsen. I ended up studying Computer Science, and hope to graduate soon. :) At the moment, I'm on a leave from work because of the birth of my daughter, Nynke. She's 3 monthes old now. I can send you a photo for the album. Beijos para todos voces! Karin |
